As co-founders of TeamWide Solutions, Marla Emery and Rhonda York have formed an enduring partnership with Judith E. Glaser and Creating WE Institute. Together, our mission is rooted in the belief that the practice of co-creating conversations, can transform a workplace culture from I-centric to WE-centric, which ultimately and positively impacts the bottom line.
Based on Judith’s extensive neuroscience research and our collaborative approach to delivering our proven communication strategies and tools, we are committed to sharing the knowledge that co-creating leads to more powerful and productive conversations in the workplace and beyond.
We have developed our Creating WE Summits in response to the urgent need for dealing with conflict and mistrust in business – starting from the top of the hierarchy through all levels of the organization. By sharing our TRUST Model™ as the foundation for co-creating and partnering, attendees quickly grasp the essential steps for establishing trust, co-creating outcomes, sharing accountability, and producing results.
The synergy between TeamWide Solutions and Creating WE Institute is guided by Judith’s mantra … "To get to the next level of greatness depends on the quality of the culture, which depends on the quality of relationships, which depends on the quality of conversations. Everything happens through conversations."
The CWI Chicago Team is the Chicago-based component of the Creating WE Institute. With a shared belief in the Human Spirit, we foster the transformation of individuals, teams, and organizations to actualize their potential for an enduring competitive advantage.
Our transformation approach integrates business, organizational (structure and process), and cultural perspectives to advance people's well-being and the organization's performance for a scalable and sustainable transformation.
Our synergy is firmlyfounded on Judith's wisdom: "Everything happens through conversation. Language is the link that creates community, culture, and the future. Language is a large part of what makes us different from other living species. Language enables us to develop and handle complexity and ambiguity, to evolve and grow, and to teach others what we know. Colleagues who share a common language, common definitions, and common meanings are a community. Communicating is a WE-centric process."
